- No Implied Rights: Engaging our services does not, in itself, confer any intellectual property rights to you beyond those explicitly agreed upon in writing. Any use of our intellectual property without such written consent will be considered a violation of our rights.
4. Confidentiality
- We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all proprietary information and trade secrets disclosed during the course of providing services. Similarly, you agree to keep confidential any methodologies and intellectual property that you may be exposed to while working with us.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brewer Systems Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or this agreement.
6. Modification of Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or direct communication to you.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brewer Systems Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By engaging Brewer Systems Limited for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
